What Customers Look For in a Web Page

Customers look for convenience, they look for simple pages that they can glance at 20 merchandises at once at a steady pace. They want to be innovated with some product out there, however, if you post show one product per page, that would take hours to surf and thus give the consumer a bad experience. People like speed and like to have a variety of merchandises to look at from a glance like in super markets where consumers can see columns of food front and back. So what are customers looking for in a web page? Why do they look for these qualities? Well your answer is here and I have split the three main topics that customers look for in a web marketing page in a simple space format.

Speed - They look for fast loading web pages and not like slow javascript contents that take around 10 seconds to load every time they click on a new page. It disheartening to the buyers and won’t ever visit your site ever again. People expect web pages to load quickly and to conveniently look at products that they are searching for quickly as well. They want to find their product as quick as a lightning bolt.

Organization – People look for organization in your website. They look at how easy it is to surf your web page and how you split up your merchandises into columns that will help them find the product they looking for. The more you add ways to minimize the consumer’s buying time, the more likely they are to find what they are looking for and buy it. Tabs such as sales, apparel, elections, and sub categories to contribute to lessen the consumer’s time, will more likely guarantee that person will buy from your web site. Consumers want websites to have a plain simple format that they all can find products easily in a well organized website.

Professional Feel – As well as speed and organization, they look for a professional feel in a website. An atmospheric marketing web template that gives a professional buying feeling that makes everyone want to look through out your content. The first thing people judge is the content and how everything is formatted in place; they think to them selves, why should I shop here? People want a well organized web site with simple tabs such as Contact Us, About us, & etc to help contribute on that professional feel to the web page. The more you make your website look more professional, the more people feel secure buying from your website and if people feel secure, that means more sales.

Remember, people look for convenience as well as organization, professional feel and speed in a simple looking web page.
