I agree with making your RSS more visible. I made it more visible yesterday and already have 7 more subscribers. Once I get more subscribers I’ll definitely display how many people have subscribed.
I also read an article that making your “About Page” more personal will increase your feed count. People will have a connection and decide to subscribe.
