Search engine traffic, or also known as organic traffic is often considered because it allows webmasters to achieve free traffic for keywords of their choosing depending how knowledgable they are in the field of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Although many webmasters are worked up in obtaining as many backlinks as they can to increase their rankings for their desired keyword, many often forget the true purpose of the search engine – and that is to obtain as much free traffic as their can by also obtaining easier yet effective keywords that can build up a large visitor base in numbers.
That is where plugins that I will be talking about comes in handy for situations like these where webmasters can take advantage of these smaller keywords and have their pages optimized for them regardless if they are aware of the keywords or not. In other words, someone who is not exactly the best in keyword research can find this extremely helpful in discovering prized keywords unintentionally with simple plugins for WordPress.

Although I won’t explain in much detail about the plugin it self. I will however explain the benefits of having these plugins on your WordPress website and how it can help increase webmasters websites’ overall exposure in the search engines by a significant amount.

All in One SEO Pack – This plugin pretty much allows you to be able to easily configure your basic meta tags such as, the keyword, description, and title of your website and also be able to add noindex to particular pages you desire to have noindex. Noindex meaning that the page won’t be showcased in the search engines.
Google XML Sitemaps – Pretty much what this plugin does is create a long list of pages. Although you may think this may be pointless, it allows search engines to easier find and index pages you have created.
SEO Smart Links – SEO Smart Links lets you interlink to whatever page you would like. It also allows you to assign certain pages to specific keywords of your choosing. What this creates is a system of interlinking similar to that of Wikipedia to help push rankings, exposure, and the rate of index for your pages. I can also easily see this helpful for affiliate marketing as well.
SEO SearchTerms Tagging 2 – This is the ultimate free plugin that I use for the purpose of search engine optimization. What this plugin does is look for pages individual recent and most popular search terms and automatically lists them on the page. What this creates is an endless cycle where your pages can automatically optimize for smaller keywords and rank for them without you having to blink. The system automatically does it all and even has an option to display popular search terms as tags to further increase the keyword density and on page optimization. Nonetheless, this plugin is a great way to optimize your pages and benefit from those smaller keywords without having to do a thing.
Similar Posts – What this post does is link to other pages that are similar to the post the reader may be viewing now. What is creates is a great reader experience as well as a great way to provide a way to interlink within your website to other pages to help increase exposure, rankings, chance of index, and so on. There are many benefits to internal linking and by using any plugin that provides similar services, can be great to improve your website’s overall on page optimization and reader experience.
Random Posts – The benefits of having random posts is similar to the plugin I have mentioned above. It has all the same benefits except it will be displaying only posts that are randomly chosen.
