Solve Media: Make Money With Your Captchas

If you are a webmaster, you are sure in for a surprise. Did you know that you can make money with your captchas? Well, Solve Media makes it possible. The idea behind Solve Media is to get attentive visitors who are already solving regular old captchas to solve captchas which are sponsored. One example would be that it may ask that you input the description of the company SouthWest, into the input form in order to unlock the captcha. This new way of captcha solving enables webmasters to achieve another form of income without negatively deteriorating any of their existing methods of income, and at the same time, enable advertisers to achieve the level of attention they desire for branding and all sorts of thing. What Solve Media has done is simply introduce a new market, which webmasters can totally benefit from. Not only will your website earn additional revenue from their captchas, it still plays the role of securing your forms from spammers. To put it simple, if you own a membership site, this is opportunity you should consider to making additional revenue.

How to make money with Solve Media

Basically anywhere you would normally see regular old captchas, is an opportunity to make money with Solve Media. Examples would be registration forms, login forms, contact forms, and comment forms. Also, if you didn’t know, Moola Days now has it installed in its comments form to add another layer of protection, while still be able to function the way it normally would. What makes Solve Media such a break though in technology for webmasters is that this form of monetizing has never been seen before and by adding their captchas, it doesn’t hinder any of the webmasters current monetization methods. That is what makes Solve Media such a revolutionary technology.

Here is how Solve Media would piece everything together in what their vision is.

How to Integrate Solve Media

Believe it or not, Solve Media supports multiple platforms and makes it easy for webmasters to integrate Solve Media to their websites. Whether they are using platforms such as, WordPress, Drupal, vBulletin, Pligg, Media Wiki, Disqus, Solve Media makes integration an easy process. Literally, for me, all it required was adding a simple plugin to my WordPress blog. I’d believe if you are with a different platform, the process should be fairly simple as well. For more information on which platforms they support, take a look at their help center here.

All in all, if you are looking to maximize your profits, considering Solve Media for your forms is a smart way to bringing your website to its maximum potential. At very least, you can make money from those spammers.

This is an interesting idea. I think it can become mainstream because it’s a good way to advertise especially if it’s targeted towards certain niches. However, the captcha would have to be good enough to prevent robots from getting through them. Otherwise, advertisers would not want to use the system.

I totally agree with you. Just being a member of Solve Media recently, I found out that they offer 2 levels of protection. One option is called “revenue” which I think is the lowest level protection. The other option is called “Security,” which I think is more secure and emphasizes more on getting rid of bots and less about the revenue.

Overall, it is an exciting new concept.

It sounds like a very compelling and unique idea to monetize traffic. One of the biggest problems is that the effective CPM for Solve Media will clearly require a massive amount of impressions for the payouts to be meaningful. Great for super high traffic blogs but pretty meaningless for most other blogs.
