Spam Policy

At MoolaDays, we are committed to stopping SPAM.

What is SPAM?

In simple terms SPAM (a.k.a. unsolicited commercial e-mail, unsolicited bulk e-mail, mass e-mail, junk e-mail) is a message that advertises goods or services that you send to someone without their prior consent or in the absence of a previous relationship.

SPAM is defined as including, but not limited to, the following:

1. Email messages that are addressed to a recipient with whom the sender does not have an existing business or personal relationship or is not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient.

2. Messages posted on Usenet and message boards, which are unrelated to the topic of discussion, unrelated newsgroups or sent/posted excessively.

3. Solicitations posted on chat rooms, or to groups or individuals by Instant Messaging system, such as ICQ.

What is your Anti-Spam policy?

MoolaDays strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited mass e-mails of any kind with our web site URL (https://www.mooladays.com), your referral URL, our e-mail addresses, etc. We will not tolerate SPAM and will terminate any member who violates our anti-Spam policy. Your account will be closed, your referrals will be lost, you will forfeit all credits in your account, you will not be allowed to rejoin, and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law if necessary.

Will I be penalized if my referrals Spam?

Yes! If one of your direct or indirect referrals sends SPAM, their account will be cancelled. You will lose the potential benefit of having him/her as a referral when we decided to introduce other services that would benefit you by having them. Make sure you read our anti-Spam policy above before you use your referral URL. Warning: Posting any HTML or link to MoolaDays in bulk e-mail or newsgroups will result in immediate termination of your account.
